West Ham United have let Declan Rice go, 온라인바카라 but the Hammers are refusing to sell another key midfielder.

‘After Manchester City launched a £70m bid for Brazil international Lucas Paqueta, West Ham have hardened their resolve to hold on to him,’ British media outlet The Daily Mail reported on 9 September (KST).

Paqueta is a Brazilian international midfielder who was signed by West Ham for £51 million in August last year. Paqueta scored five goals and provided seven assists in 41 appearances for the Hammers last season, and although he is a midfielder, he has good box-to-box ability. His performances helped the club win the Europa League for the first time in 40 years.

Taking over the number 10 shirt from Manuel Lanzini, who left for River Plate this season, he is a top midfielder that Moyes trusts. West Ham will never sell Paqueta for less, especially after losing ace Declan Rice to Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

City have a gaping hole in their midfield this transfer window after losing key midfielder Ilkay Gundogan to Barcelona on a free transfer. They brought in Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea, but Kovacic and Guindoan have different roles. Kovacic is more of a ball-carrying midfielder, so he’s not as likely to hit the box directly.

According to the media, City face a major hurdle in convincing West Ham chairman David Sullivan to sell Paqueta. Sullivan may change his mind during the remainder of the transfer window, but for now, the mood is not to sell.
