Marouane Fellaini, 35, will leave Shandong Taishan at the end of the season.

On Thursday, Shandong Taishan, led by head coach Choi Kang-hee, officially announced, 스포츠토토“We are grateful to our eternal captain Fellaini,” adding, “Fellaini and our club have mutually decided to part ways at the end of the 2023 season.”

He played for Everton and United for 11 years. Fellaini scored 37 goals and provided 25 assists in 260 Premier League appearances. He won the English FA Cup, League Cup, and UEFA Europa League.

He was also a big hit with the Belgian national team. A member of the “Golden Generation,” Fellaini scored 18 goals and provided four assists in 87 caps for Belgium between 2007 and 2018. He appeared at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where he scored the equalizer to tie the game 2-2 against Japan in the Round of 16.
